Terms and Conditions

Your reservation is acceptance and agreement of the terms below:

CANCELLATION POLICY: Notification for cancellation of your reservation must be made via email ( cowie.outlands@gmail.com ) or phone (724-988-8662) a minimum of 24 hours before the event start time. A refund or credit will only be given for individuals canceling with at least 24 hours notice. Any notice less than 24 hours prior to the event start time or lack thereof will not receive a refund or a credit, no exceptions!  * NO SHOWS WILL NOT RECEIVE A CREDIT OR REFUND!

PAYMENT POLICY: Payment is due at the time of the reservation to guarantee your seat. If you choose not to pay online, please call or text Brandon Cowie to make payment by phone (724-988-8662) or to make arrangements for payment in person. ALL PAYMENTS MUST BE RECEIVED PRIOR TO THE EVENT OR YOUR SEAT WILL NOT BE RESERVED.

Outland Studios reserves the right to cancel classes for unforeseen circumstances and will attempt to notify registrants within 24 hours prior to the event start time, except in cases of extreme weather. Refunds or credit will be processed the next business day.

These classes are intended for adult painters. Depending on the venue policy, painters aged 15-20 may be permitted to participate if accompanied by an adult. Please contact us if you are not sure if the venue is family-friendly.  Check our calendar for other kid specific events!

You must be at least 21 years of age and provide a valid photo ID to consume alcohol.

 

PRIVATE EVENTS / FUNDRAISERS: The Organizer (contact for the party or event) must inform Outland Studios LLC of any and all deadlines and if they require a minimum number of participants before an event is booked.

The Organizer can not cancel an event once any customer(s) have paid for their seat.

If the Organizer of the event wishes to cancel or stop organizing/hosting the event or party for any reason, Outland Studios LLC may keep the existing customer count and either switch venues or continue with current plans for the event with out the organizer.

The customers of the event are customers of Outland Studios LLC not the event Organizer.

The Organizer does not have the right and is not permitted to choose for Outland Studios LLC to refund customers for their event.

Outland Studios LLC may require a $100 non refundable deposit for the Organizers event date.

Outland Studios LLC is not responsible for any extra cost of events other than materials supplied.

example: Food costs, Room rental deposits, etc. are not the responsibility of Outland Studios LLC

 

CORPORATE EVENTS: A non refundable deposit of $500 is required to hold your event.

These style events must be scheduled a minimum of 2 weeks in advance.

Outland Studios LLC is not responsible for any extra cost of events other than materials supplied.

example: Food costs, Room rental deposits, etc. are not the responsibility of Outland Studios LLC
